Our membership in this association (AMCC) confirms that we respect the ethical regulations and standards in Romania.

AMCC has developed a Code of Conduct to which all member companies adhere and which regulates debt management at the association level.

The main purpose of AMCC is to regulate the profession of collector of claims and to establish a set of ethical professional principles to be respected by collecting companies in relation to natural and legal debtors.

The mission of the Association is to represent its members on a national and international level, to promote and protect the business management of trade receivables and to support it at the level of the national legislation.
